Don't aim for sleep paralysis, aim for the dream! And to do that you have to let both your body AND your mind relax.

      What are you doing exactly?

Ok is it combined with a WBTB and for how long are you laying still? If you feel small vibrations, and sometimes even strong vibrations it doesn't mean that you are in sleep paralysis unfortunately, it just means that your body is getting relaxed. Also sleep paralysis happens when you get into the dreaming state, so if you hear a loud sound, see weird people in your room etc. Just get out of bed don't wait for a transition that has already happened. But in order to get into the dreaming state you have to fall asleep.

WILD is a very advanced technique, unless you practice DEILD. So if you don't see any result I would suggest that you try something else.
With DILD you can with practice become aware in the first REM-period so sometimes it's just a bad idea to wait for hours to start dreaming without losing consciousness.

      Good luck anyway.
