Is this normal?
Is it normal to randomly have lucid dreams very easily when you don't even try but it's harder when you try really hard. I'm not a natural because I haven't had any lucid dreams before but just this morning I took a morning nap after sleeping through the night, it might be why since it's pretty close to my actual technique, I don't know if this is coincidential, or I'm getting good practice in, or I'm like Semi-natural so that after reading alot about LD'ing I suddenly start to have them. I'm confused... Can someone explain?

It's normal.
Being on this forum increased my LDs ten-fold, constantly reading about dreams and techniques. It grows on you after a while.
Many a morning I did a WBTB after sending my daughter off to school and I had so many of my lucid dreams that way. Morning naps are great for LDs!
Trying hard to have a lucid dream can sometimes backfire, mainly because our dreams don't always respond to intentions and stress seems to kill the LD more than anything. The effort to achieve the LD is often the greatest foe to a LD.
Enjoy the fact you achieve them fairly easily. :)
