      Spinning really works

      I spinned in a lucid dream and it worked!! it was kinda dark and i started spinning, then it got waay brighter!! and my dream lasted waaaay longer. but i want more lucid dreams.. i heard of like sleeping on your back and feeling numb and stuff can someone explain that in full detail?

      That sounds like they were talking about WILD. That is where you stay aware while going to sleep. There are many tutorials and threads about it. A class is also offered in the DVA sub-forum. Rather than some one explaining it here in detail, you should read a few threads about WILD, as it is a huge topic.
