Hey guys, |
I thinks it's important to wake up at the end of a sleep cycle for DEILD and it shouldn't be a concern. As for the swallowing problem, having more pillows under my head has helped me. |
Well I keep reading on DEILD tutorials and forums that if you wake up at the end of a sleep cycle then you can't DEILD because your brain is done with REM for that portion of the night. And the numbness is definitely there, but it is not to the point where I can't feel anything. I always do a reality check afterwards to make sure I didn't have a false awakening. |
R.E.M. is not required to lucid dream. We also have non-REM dreams that can be just as lucid. |
So then how should I enter a dream from SP? |
When you awaken naturally from a dream in the middle of the night don't move! Simply visualize that dream or a recent one you can recall while assuring yourself you will awaken in a dream. |
haha well that was my original question....I can wake up without moving, but I haven't been able to enter a dream yet and I was wondering why. |
