      Dreaming help

I was able to remember one of my dreams in great detail. I was able
to write Down every single detail from it. But two days after I feel like its been down hill. I only remembered 1 dream but not in detail. Last night I don't remember dreaming. Help?

Some days, aren't as good as others. Sometimes it depends when you wake up. If you have a dream and it ends then you dont wake up for a few more minutes, you might not remember it. I can usually write down alot for my dreams, but somedays, it's just fragments for me. So just keep going.

What technique did you use to remember your dream? I currently did the basic WBTB. Are there have any different between the day you remember your dream and the day you can't remember?

I was like that too. I could remember my dream quite detail then everything goes downhill. These are what I'm doing:

      - Try to calm down if you stress. I remember that I can't remember anything after I'm being scolded before bed.
      - Critically make your self affirmation (I mean with your heart) and read others motivation who wanted lucid dream.
      - Lay still and close your eyes right after you awake. Calmly recall your dream as soon as possible.

I just wake up 4 hours and 30 minutes after I go to sleep. Thanks I'll try what you said!
