yes u are. it worked for me with precise speaker positioning though. although i wouldnt recommend using external speakers anymore

I was using headphones. Would the air conditioner being on screw it up in any way?

i doubt it. i had my fan blasting near my bed

maybe my brain is just more receptive to it. i mean right now as i post this it almost feels like ive got a brainwave generator on now. it first started a couple years ago and comes and goes usually daily. it may have something to do with friggin wizdom teeth coming in. the point is it feels like i can feel my brain from the inside out like its moving. if i push on the top of my head i can feel it in my teeth. so i think it will pass when they come through all the way....it also makes me feel high as heck when i smoke.

also when i play any brainwave generator i can literally feel the waves vibrating in my head and brain. not sure if thats normal or not but it may explain why it worked so well for me.

I tried last night to use it but since I couldn't get it burned to a CD I slept under hanging head phones. I did not get to sleep. I was pissed off.

Good advise from the Seeker.

We all need to be considerate of the people hosting this site, as copyrighted material appearing on this site could put them in danger of a lawsuit of other legal action if they allowed it to continue, and we certainly wouldn't want to lose this site.

Thank you for sharing that link breifly. I just tried it, i didn't get lucid, but i know i was close. However, maybe it is a good thing you shared in the first place. I am going to order a couple cds from them, that i never EVER would have if i had not heard that one free.

The original purpose of warez, cracks, etc was for this.

I tried it last night too. And I Know I was close. I even thought I was dreaming at one point, or maybe I was I don't know. It felt very weird, I had a bandage on my eyes (I have a problem keeping my eyes closed doing things like this and meditating etc.) And it felt weird in my eyes and all. I think it'll be easier tonight 'cause I kind of know now what it's like and like in one of this kind of tapes (hemisync) he said "you now have a place to return to, and It will be easier".

I was listening to this using minidisc-player and headphones, he was just putting me to sleep, the number was 14 or so and DAMN! My phone ringed! I was very relaxed and I think I was just going to sleep, very good, but now i have to listen it from the beginning.
Must turn my cellphone off, so I don't get any calls. Ok, I will do it again now, I will tell you the results soon.

I tried this thing two times, both times I just got REALLY relaxed and felt how I vibrated and the eyes moved, but I never got unconsioness or started dreaming... :/ Maybe it's because I don't fall asleep very easy compared with others. I put my iPod aside and started to sleep in my normal way. I did have my first lucid dream before i woke up though! It was today. But I never in the dream heard any rain or anyone saying "you're dreaming" or something. I just figured out it was a dream because everything looked really strange. Oh, and I have just been interested in Lucid Dreaming in about three days, and get a lucid dream the third night trying. Isn't that kinda fast? =D Oh, and I write down my dreams since three days ago. I'm like training on dream recall (before I got interested in this I almost never remembered my dreams...), then I get a lucid dream when I have just logged one before that. O_o

Ya it has been working Realy Great! I can now go in and out of Deep Relaxation realy fast with like one breath but I have to be relaxed first.

I tried tape 2 a couple of minutes in my computer chair and by the time he was at the count-relax thingy i swear to god i couldn't move, so i had to like wake myself up and turn it off it's nice, gonna try it when i go to bed

i dont know if its cuz ive been listening to a few minutes of the mp3 before bed but, lastnight i laid down to try wild and maybe 10 minutes into it i started hearing sounds form a silent hill 2 video game and my eyes started to REM twitch as well as my heart picking up speed.


i was under the impression that rem took an hour or two to start, but o well im cool with it!
man it felt like i was about to push through my head or something. it also felt like my head was spinning inside itself. like something was moving behind my nose or something. SO weird

I want to buy the whole lucid dreaming series on tape, not available on cd. But as we all know, tapes are outdated. If I run a 3.5mm cable from the headphone out of my tape player into the microphone input on my computer, will the quality be horrid? My computer has a HD audio controller from intel.

Technically tis is not copyright infringement cause im buying it.

What capture program should I use? Sound recorder I know is old.

dang dude im really not sure about that HD audio stuff. i mean the mp3s we have sound GREAT not like it was taken from a crappy audio tape or anything....

u think someone enhanced it? i havnt messed around with the hd audio stuff on my new alienware yet so i really couldnt say. anyone?


i know i use creative HD audio for my sound. see if u can download it or maybe i could give u the exe for free. not sure if it has a recorder but it may

Posting the file or a link to the file is against the rules of this forum and if you'd have read the whole topic you might've found the file AND the notification by a moderator (Seeker) that what the file sharers are doing is against the forum rules and is copy right infrigement...
This may seem "like a bitch" but consider the subject from the moderators and admins view...Sites and forums go down because of copyright infrigement (still not sure if thats typed correctly) and it is not fun to either the users or the moderators, admins or owners of the site in any way...
So please help yourself and find it somewhere else or handle it in email or whatever...
