Most any WILD technique will work the same as when you do a WBTB, so I think that's your best bet. |

Remind yourself that you will awaken in a dream and visualize the last dream you can recall. This, combined with progressive muscle relaxation, can result in a non-REM lucid dream at bedtime or any other time. Good luck to you! |

I just tried a WILD in a nap... well it didn't work out so well... But probably because i was so tired that i just fell asleep normally. |
