Remind yourself that you will awaken in a dream and visualize the last dream you can recall. This, combined with progressive muscle relaxation, can result in a non-REM lucid dream at bedtime or any other time. Good luck to you!
I will most probably try getting lucid in a nap tomorrow. I have a very active day so I will most likely nap after school. Is there any tips/methods you can give me for attaining lucidity? Thanks a lot!
I would like to try and have a LD in a nap. I seem to have vivid dreams when I nap, so it should be ok! :P

I just tried a WILD in a nap... well it didn't work out so well... But probably because i was so tired that i just fell asleep normally.
