      SSILD Help

Ive read a couple of posts on SSILD which all say that it has very a high success rate and to be honest Im trying it out tomorrow morning If you are not familiar with the technique its basicley waking up after 4-5 hours of sleep and checking 3 senses. check out the thread by CosmicIron on SSILD to learn how. What i want to know is

      1) does it matter if you move or open your eyelids when you start the checking of senses
      2) do you need to write a DJ to do it
      3) are you waiting for your mind to wonder and forget what your doing?

any advise will be much appreciated

      1. nope, its good if you go up for a amount of time depending on how easily it is for you to fall asleep, the reps make you pretttyyy drowsy, so try to not be too drowsy before attempting it
2.no, it has worked for people that havent been familiar with lds at all(i believe cosmiciron said if im not mistaking) but i bet its better if you can recall stuff
3.well no.. Dont wait for anything.. just do the reps and then go to sleep

If there is a lapse in conciousness i.e. DILD, yes the better the recall the better you can remember.
