I prefer MILD over every other technique. I especially hate WILD and find it challenging. I use a MILD technique where I daydream of having a lucid dream before I go to bed. It boosts my awareness and is sort of like dreaming practice. As with just about every other technique, it works amazingly well with WBTB. I like this technique because I can just lazily daydream day and night and become lucid. |
