I personally like WBTB for WILD.
Every weekday morning I have to wake up early to take my daughter to school, and I'm sometimes awake for as long as two hours. When I come home and finally lie down I do it in the chair in the living room rather than my bed. I find this semi-reclined position helps me so much with lucidity, and keeping my mind aware as I'm falling asleep.
This is what works for me.
Think about your daily schedule and the times of day that you feel most tired. Lucidity could be as easy as changing your sleep schedule a little.
