I always use "I will lucid dream" Has never worked! Some people think that a present-tense autosuggesetion works better, as in "I lucid dream". Its worked brilliantly for me before.

If you develop the habit of listening only to your soul, your dreams will get better because it (autosuggestion/behaviour) influences your subconscious mind a lot and they will be more adventurous, you will have more guts. Even if you aren't lucid.
