In my case I feel the SP much more during the midday naps since during wbtb I'm not aware enough, I easy fall into a DILD instead of a WILD when I wbtb (Cuz im so tired at nights). |

A WBTB one may be more successful because to get into sleep paralysis, you must be well relaxed, both physically and mentally- and waking up from sleep gives great results. By all means, you should try and practice it during naps/any afternoon aswell |
