      Autosuggestion tips

I am a highly suggestive person so adding autosuggestion and self-hypnosis techniques seems worthy of a shot.

Does anybody have any tips in regards to this subject?

"I will realize I am dreaming"
      "I will remember my dreams"
"Tonight I will dream about blablabla"

Creating something yourself is good too, so its more personal, but yeah just keep your thoughts on whatever autosuggestion you choose as you fall asleep
Try to make it the last thought in your mind before you fall asleep

Get books on tape or listen to old radio shows. Try to visualize the settings while listening. This can bring on a kind of self-hypnosis. Here is a blog I wrote awhile back about hypnosis : Hypnotism Revealed Good luck to you!

Hmmm you raise a good point. Personalization is always key! I just find that thinking too much can often keep me awake. Do you know how to combat/remedy this?

Yeah I know what you mean, dont focus on it TOO much if you know what im saying. What I do is try to have it kind've just "echo" around my head
If it really is stopping you from sleeping though, just repeat it for 5, 10, 15 minutes, and then try to fall asleep
(The amount of time you do it up to you, remember you want it to sink into your brain, so when you are dreaming, you'll remember)

      Lucid dream please!
