Again, I don't really use dream signs, my dreams are usually random and so different from waking life I can't spot any consistent dream sign. So I can recommend ADA in my case, but if your dreams are pretty similar to waking life then train yourself to recognise how those events differ in the dream. Although the latter is probably easier to become lucid, I really do enjoy my craazy dreams! |

I really understand what you mean. The most of my LDs are just that out of the blue I realize that I am reading, I don`t get a clue or something, no RCs... The only reason I was asking this, is because I am currently studying and using "A Course in Lucid Dreaming" by Laberge, a kind of guideline for ETWOLD. It kinda asks for waking life dreamsigns for the target dreamsign categories I have...and those are form and context |

This is where dream journal comes in handy. You find things that occur in your dreams frequently. Like for me it's my former classmates, my parents, the town I grow up in. Now I live thousends of miles from all of that, but in my dreams, I have never realized that to be any strange, when I see any of that. But they work for some people, I'm sure. |
