Yes, until you start writing your dreams in a diary as soon as you awaken, this will strengthen your ability to remember your dreams.

Keep practicing. My friend would spend an hour and a half every night writing, 'When I dream I will realsie that Im dreaming.' It took a month before he had a lucid dream. Effort and practice is sometimes required.

I have done a lot of experimentation with brainwave entrainment, which is the process where you use binaural beats to altar the frequency of your predominant brainwaves. Incidentallly I don't use binaural beats, I use isochronic tones as they are more effective. Some say they have achieved lucidity with them, but from a purely scientific viewpoint, and in my opinion, brainwave entrainment alone is highly unlikely to induce lucids.

Choose whichever position feels comfortable for you.

In my opinion, no. From my experience the dreamworlds are not a conjuration of the human brain or subconscious mind, but a separate reality as real as the universe we live in.

Absolutely. From my experience you can achieve in a few minutes within a lucid dream what would take weeks of daily sessions of hypnosis.

I have spoken to several people over sixty years old and they say haven't ever had a lucid dream.

Try not to get frustrated. Learn as much as you can from this forum. Keep practicing and you will be presented with a crown of success one day.
