I have been working on LDs for 5 months now, sticking with basic LaBerge DILD method, with MILD and a little WBTB.. in my case a quick trip to the bathroom. This fits my lifestyle...my wife is not a big supporter, so I dont want to disturb her sleep, which I dont. And I takes no real time out of existing lifestyle. I was averaging one a week, focusing on RCs. Recently it occurred to me I was not doing much on the other part... setting intent after awakening from a dream to catch the next dream period. Well, I just had two LDs in 2 nights, my third in 5 days. Until now I thought 1 time a week was all I could expect, but then thought that LaBerge learned to do DILD pretty much at will, so I should be able too as well

I read the forums but a lot doesnt apply to me. But I do want to give props to EWLD.. if you stick close to his prescribed method it does seem to really work. Intention for me seems to be what got me over the ''once a week'' limit. To me DILD nightly is the holy grail and I feel like I'm getting close now.
