Hi, |
|
I bought my first lucid dream book 22 years ago and had my first lucid dream the night after reading the book. I didn't have my next lucid dream for another 2 years. The fastest most successful method I have come across to date is from the following book at this link |

Please click on the links below, more techniques under investigation to come soon...
Well I was going to post my opinion, but I never saw the link to that book before. I just scanned it and it looks really cool! Especially the parts about touching objects as you move through a room, or glance at objects, such as one's hands, 4-6 inches from one's sight. In general, things that increase a dreamer's awareness during waking life, will help him or her achieve lucidity in a dream. |

I read that same book as well a few months ago. I should read over it again. I haven't had many lucids either, mostly building up dream recall and noticing dream signs. |

Find what works for you and stick with it. The fast majority of advice I have found on the Internet does not apply to me. I visualize as I fall asleep. That works for me (sometimes) . ADA, substances, RC's ad nauseum, binaural beats ... these things do not help me at all. However, they might help someone else. Find what works for you... believe in it... and it will help you! |
