I know it is a dream but it didn't feel as real as reality and I always have that little bit of doubt so if someone sets me straight I'd be really happy |
|
Was this actually a lucid dream? |

As long as you know it's a dream while you're in the dream, it is a lucid dream. By the way, try not to double post, there's an "Edit Post" button on the bottom right of your post. |

Ok sorry, is there anyway to make it feel more real and how to make them last longer because it felt like it only lasted for less than a minute and I didn't wake up it was properly me falling into back in a ND again. |

You should try stabilising. Some common stabilising techniques are rubbing your hands while you look at them. The key to stabilising is stimulating the senses of your dream body. |

Not every LD you have will be the same. Some can feel extremely real while others not so much. |

Lucid Goals:
Fly [X] - Nuke something with a Falcon Punch [ ] - Stay lucid for longer than 20 minutes [X] - Lucid Sex [X] - Step through a Stargate and enter a new world [ ] - Save a crashing airliner [ ] - Travel in time with the DeLorean [ ] - Go to Narnia [ ] - Go to Middle-earth [ ] - Pokémon Battle [ ]
Force, I didn't know I wasn't going to lose lucidity and I knew it was a dream so how do I not lose lucidity, the last thing I remember was getting excited, was this the reason? |

This might have been the reason, a lot of newbies lose lucidity from this. Try thinking to yourself throughout the day "If i'm dreaming right now, i would.." and finish what you'd do. This exercise is to try and make sure when you next have a lucid, you won't get overly excited. |
