It is also helpful to change sleeping locations and posistions constantly. One night sleep on the stomach on your bed, the next under your matress, and the next night after that on your back in the closet.

When I do any of these a lucid dream is very likly to happen without me even trying. I was actually sleepin gunder my mattress just to be wierd and not be a typical "normal" person.
