I found what works fior me!!

well its only worked once i think fild is perfect for me
i set an alarm for 2:30 i think and repeated an affirmation before bed to not move or close my eyes once i heard the alarm(it shuts its self off which is good)
anyways i woke up didn't move and closed my eyes immediately then did the finger tapping maybe 8 times then did a nose plug rc and holy crap it worked see the thing is i did not open my eyes once it worked i started visualizing the dream scene i wanted and opened my eyes and i was there.

i know this may not work everytime but im sticking with this and im glad i got something to work:)

Congrats! You found DEILD, which is an incredibly effective method of lucid dream induction (once you get it). And it seems that you got it ! If you continue with this technique, you will notice that you can use the same visualization excercise to have a spectacular degree of dream control, including scene control, teleportation within a dream, making dream characters disappear. It's really great.
