Swallow, just try not to move too much while you do. |

So last night I was practicing a Can-Wild. I got somewhere I could roughly describe as sleep paralysis. Had the heavy blanket feeling and mild vibration. I was focusing on the gentle fan sounds of my laptop. Out of nowhere though my breathing changed quite dramatically. It felt as though if I didn't conciously make myself breathe I would stop breathing altogether. It was demanding my full attention. Should I focus on my breathing or have the confidence to ignore it? |

This happened a lot to me as well, just try to go with it. Don't resist what is happening because it can jolt you out. Changes in breathing is very common when WILDing or in sleep paralysis. |
