Just wondering recently iv been trying to get back in LD'ing and been having mixed results.
Alot of times when i go to bed im absoloutly nakered and ready to fall to sleep, som just wondering if thats a disadvantage in the since that your so tired your minds so clogged up with diffrent thoughts that it makes it harder for you to get your thoughts togethor and LD, or possibily an advantage because your so tired and sleepy, concidering alot of times the hardest part is to fall to sleep.
So does anyone have any particular prepation, weather if it is to relax or particular train of thought to help them gain lucidity weather if it is WILD or DILD.
I really want a way to keep the my left brain active so my logical side is aware as often your in a dream and just following the dream role, so i thought maybe if you spend time doing some loggic excersises before sleep might help???
