Since I have never experienced sleep paralysis (my lucid dreams tend to be DILDs) I'm interested in hearing about other peoples' experiences of it. Have you ever had sleep paralysis? Was it interesting, or scary? How obvious was it?

Does it guarantee a lucid dream/false awakening for you?
