Please share your alarm sounds you use to wake up during REM cycle to CAN-WILD. I used a sound but as days gone by , i sort of got used to it and even at a very high volume it can't wake me up when i'm in REM.Vibration doesn't seem to wake me up too..The problem is , if i use sound like explosion or something, it wakes me up to much and can't DEILD.Anyone has any special alarm sounds? :cheeky:
Nothing special, but you could try and find a especially loud noise to tend to your deep sleep awakening needs.
There was a thread a while ago with a link in it, I still have the program. It's called easy mp3 alarm clock, download and install the sound bit you want to hear. And then set the time works like a charm, although CANWILDS suck I've learned
I use my blackberry's calender alarm. It can be set from happening one to ten times in a row (for each calender alarm). I set it for three and silent with vibration. Three quick pulses of vibration are perfect form me. You can also set the vibration from quick med and long. I set it to long. The 3 vibrations are done in about 7 sec and it's perfect.
