I'm kind of a noob when it comes to this stuff, but I'm trying to Wake Induce Lucid Dream. I can get to the point where my body becomes paralyzed (or at least mostly paralyzed, I can move my arms a little bit), but I don't know what to do after that. Do I open my eyes? Do I just continue to go to sleep? What's the next step to lucid/OBE.
