There are many methods that you can take, the stage you are attempting to get to in
Transitioning.
There are three general methods to transition in my opinion, visualisation, focus, passive.
If you are good at visualising, stimulating your senses by thought, then try:
Imagine you are climbing up a rope, you feel the rough surface of the rope on your hands, and each step higher you get, the more relaxed you can become.
Imagine you are falling, there as a large weight attached to your back, making you free fall.
Imagine you are sinking through your bed.
If you are good at focusing try;
Concentrating on your breathing pattern
Count down from 100, each number you go lower makes you more relaxed, breathe in, out, count down one, and repeat.
Repeat a mantra in your head "I am becoming more relaxed".
If you are good at clearing your mind try to watch as your thoughts flow by, but not interfering, remain passively aware.
I found the visualisations increase the vibrations, which intensify and you are thrown into the dream, but it changes from person to person.
