The way reality checks work is confirming a suspicion. |

Last night something I knew was very strange and unbelievable happened in my dream. I thought: "This is either a dream, or some sort of magic is going on here". So I did a reality check. I looked at my hand, it looked fine, so I continued on. When I woke up I was surprised my my stupidity. What gives? |

I have lots of moments like that, I,ve been living in USA for 4 years but most my dreams are in England where I'm from, I often wake up and think, why didn,t I realize I was dreaming. I believe this is also my dream sign which I'm working on. But yes, do more RC,s I find the nose thing works best for me, I go to bed and think of myself doing that RC and it not working, then I find myself in a dream holding my nose doing it and guess what ... It works. but don,t beat yourself up, you,ll have lots of those moments where you feel you wasted a potential LD. |
