So i go through fazes of sleep paralysis for about 1-2 weeks at a time, followed by a few months of no sleep paralysis.
It just started last night, so is this a good way to attain lucidity? I dont have a clue how to do it, I've tried to lucid dream many times before, including when I get sleep paralysis but I never succeed.
Yes, it's absolutely a good way to get lucid! In fact, it's almost like a free LD because if you know what to do with SP, you're almost guaranteed a WILD. :D
When you feel SP hit, try to visualize your hand in front of your face, or maybe visualize the wall or a piece of furniture in your room in front of you. It may be cloudy or inky at first but just relax. If possible, focus on feeling any tactile sensations. If you're able to see your hands at all or see a scene in front of you, try rubbing your hands or touching the dream objects. :)
Just try to remain calm, and like Naiya said, visualize a dream scene. You will most likely appear, you may feel like a time lapse went by, but maybe not. Try to stabilize the dream and such
