I go to high school, and take rather difficult classes, but I REALLY want to lucid dream. ADA is out of the question for me, I can't interrupt my sleep for WILDing, i'm way to in the middle of the night tired to keep a dream journal. I don't have any particularly vivid experience with LD's for a mild, WBTB has the same problem as WILD, RCing is just like ADA, and that's all the methods I can remember at the moment.

I'm sure I'm not the only person wondering if there is any methods that you can just do before bed only. Are there any?

I'v trying for almost a year now, and have about seven LD's, even without doing any of the methods I mentioned consistently, so i know it's possible, but are there any ways to have them frequently and vividly doing this?
