So I've been trying to MILD. I did dream incubation, worked really hard on my goal, basicly all day imagining. I slept less hours than normal as well so I was all prepared. |

Hey zoth, |

Don't worry about waking up in your bed and becoming lucid, I would actually use that. Imagine all the crazy stuff you can do with your house/apartment. I don't see how it would matter whether you get lucid using WILD or MILD, but the intentions when trying to WILD is definitely enough to get you lucid spontaneously. I've also had a few WILD's unintentionally like you, it happens sometimes when you catch yourself falling asleep and just on the edge. Those experiences can definitely help you when you're trying to WILD wholeheartedly. |

Thanks for the support arch, to be honest I was way more worried cleaning my head and imagine the picture for MILD that I didn't even notice that my body was shutting down. It was a sudden burst of energy and then nothing. 5 secs later another burst and I entered in a lucid dream. |

No problem, the best way to stay relaxed and not worry about HH is not even know it's going to happen because you're trying to have a MILD |

I think I've got to try to WILD like this. Just try falling asleep doing a MILD mantras. Whenever I try to WILD I always just lay there and never get to the point that I can actually fall asleep. I think I just remain too aware and connected to my physical body. |
