Perhaps you should take a rest from trying. You may be to low on energy to lucid dream and trying so hard with all the conscious effort is wearing you out. Maybe take a break. Then pick up on techniques again. Wake up back to bed normally is the easiest way to have a lucid dream. Just make sure your tired enough to fall back to sleep. Don't over think it.
Well I think my body/mind naturally takes a break because after a near lucid experience my dream recall goes completely for about a week.
