Get someone else to wake you up then. WBTB multiplys your potential a lot. You can remeber way more dreams and you are much more likely to get a lucid. If you don't have any other way of waking up then you should can use autosugestion to wake yourself up after every REM cycle even if you don't normaly wake up during the night. |
