      Sleep Paralysis problems

      Ok I was wondering if somebody could help me alright ive been trying to wild lucid dream for a while now and I try to do it but im stuck on one part sleep paralysis I get the numbness and then my heart starts to beat fast but after that nothing ever happens I usually lay there for hours and I tryed I think everything to try and make this work I tryed visualizing things I tryed counting breaths and I tryed keeping a clear mind but I just need some of you guys replys on what im doing wrong please help

      At night or during a nap usually when im tired but not to tired.

      I would answer but I run out of breath mid sentence!

      It sounds like you are trying too hard. Remember, you have to fall asleep to WILD. Try to trust yourself a little more. Get comfortable, and try to let yourself slip a little closer to sleep. Let your mind wander a little more before bringing it back to whatever you were doing to hold your awareness. See if you can bounce in and out of that dreamy state of mind, hanging right on the edge of sleep.
