I've practiced what you describe a lot, but usually during the day. I don't do it as much when I'm in bed, but I should give it a shot tonight and see what it's like when the lights are off and I'm relaxed. |

I practice what you talk about as part of my regular awareness during the day - and it's been transferring over into my dreams. In a couple of recent lucids I haven't seen something odd and RC'd, instead I am just naturally aware that I am dreaming because of the 'feel' |
