      Okay...shouldnt have done that...oh darn

I read quite a number of posts and realise that most of the people tend to get the vibration feeling just before they fall into a lucid dream.

OH NO! i am like sooo stupid! I always used to feel that vibration. I didnt really know what it was. I panicked and tried as hard as possible to wake back up, then tried to fall back to sleep without feeling those vibrations.

So, what are those vibrations? Is it a sign that you are going to LD? If it is, i should definitely remain calm.

Yup, just remain calm. Tingling doesn't necessarily mean you're going to LD, it just one of the steps that leads into dreaming itself.

It is a critical step, however, where you have some control as to whether you will remain "lucid" during your dream or simply dream normally.

      Good luck next time!
