Last night I did a WBTB session. But when I woke up for the fifteen minutes before I laid back down I woke up too much. I do that normally. If I wake up, and it's after 6, I'm awake, and that's it, and I have no clue why. But I feel super tired, like if I just closed my eyes I would fall asleep, but then I just sit there. I'm pretty new to lucid dreaming, but I'm not going to stop trying, I wanna find a way to do this, anybody have any tips on how to fall back asleep?

Tonight I'm gonna try going to bed and waking up earlier by about three hours, and see if that helps.
