I haven't done MILD in awhile, but last night I repeated to myself "I recognize when i'm dreaming" and I got lucid. MILD is the best I think, easy to do. Doesn't take much time either.
Just depends if I can be bothered to do it. First time using methods in half a year.

So many mantras... I could try each type in turn, and see which one sticks for me, or I could just try the one that feels right. I think I'll do that, to save on time.
The "I recognize when I'm dreaming" one sounded pretty good, it's a bit simpler and easier to do. I'll try that, thanks.
