How Long Does It Take For The Human Body To Sleep

Quick one cause I'm on my phone and it's about to die. When we're in the process of going in sleep paralyis, how long would it take me to actually be in sleep paralyis? I'm a 17 year-old male with anxiety.

From waking up at 3am then going back to sleep at 3:30am it would take me about an hour, maybe less. I'm 17 as well. I Hope this helps.

This is too broad a question - it depends on too many variables.

      How tired are you?
How long have you been awake?
Are you near a REM cycle?
How much exercise have you done that day?

No two people are the same, and no two experiences are the same. I've hit full SP in 5 minutes, and I've also hit it in an hour, it all depends on you.

How tired are you? I would be at the point where I can lay down and fall asleep any minute.
How long have you been awake? A full 24 hours.
Are you near a REM cycle? I don't think I would be given the fact that I'm so tired and my eyes would be as well.
How much exercise have you done that day? None.

Those were general questions - answering them doesn't allow me to make any sort of estimate as to how long it's going to take you to fall into SP

I recommend reading the front page about REM cycles too - your eyes being tired has nothing to do with your sleep cycles aha. Read up some more on tutorials on WILDing if you're trying that technique

It can range from immediately, to hours, depending on a large number of variables, mostly: how sleepy you are, and how much stress you have.
