You either wait for a dream to form on it's own, or you visualize a dream scene you want. Visualizing works better in my opinion and you can some what choose the location you go to. |

Once you have fully entered sleep paralysis and you can't move... whats next for trying to enter a lucid dream? Do I just dose off to sleep or do I remain thinking about the lucid dream I want and imaging that I can smell the enviroment, hear the sounds around it, ect? I'm very lost about what I'm suppose to do next after I've entered sleep paralysis to try to have a lucid dream. |

If you just wait for the dream chances are it will be in your bed basically a false awaking and can sometimes mislead you to think your wild failed, if you try to imagine a dream scene, it can lead to interesting out of this world imagery, but of course you could just as easily drift into non lucid dreaming oblivion. All and all it's easier to let a dream form on it's own, but the results from visualizing a dream during that point can be more rewarding in visual's and scope. |
