Once you have fully entered sleep paralysis and you can't move... whats next for trying to enter a lucid dream? Do I just dose off to sleep or do I remain thinking about the lucid dream I want and imaging that I can smell the enviroment, hear the sounds around it, ect? I'm very lost about what I'm suppose to do next after I've entered sleep paralysis to try to have a lucid dream.
