Did you stop breathing or "freeze" when you remembered not to move? Changing your breathing pattern can kill a DEILD attempt; most of my own failures come from that. Visualizing a dream (be it new or the one you just woke from) can help if you feel like you need to do something extra to get back in the dream. And like Robot Butler said, sometimes you just don't end up DEILDing at the right time. You might be at the end of a REM cycle, for instance. |
