Lightbulb Possibly the best lucid trigger?

      Hi,
So I haven't had many lucid dreams since I only joined three months ago but I do keep a dream journal and even if I don't write in it every day last night I was looking through it and I noticed something.... Have you noticed that in MOST dreams, you are talking with people, or at least interacting with them?
I've only ever had two dreams in which I was walking around and I was alone and only then I wasn't preoccupied with whatever "issue" or "situation" there was in a dream to look around and realize I'm dreaming. In every single one of my other dreams there were ALWAYS people. So here's what I propose...

When you talk to someone, tell yourself to look around, listen to your surroundings, ask yourself if the conversation you are having makes sense, basically raise your awareness briefly every time you come across a person or are talking to them and by making that a habit eventually it should transfer to your dreams and have a much higher success rate than traditional RC triggers such as clocks or light switches.
This is in many ways similar to the All Day Awareness technique but the problem I find many people come across with in terms of ADA is that the only times they think about doing it and try raising their awareness is when they're NOT busy or preoccupied with other stuff. Tell me what you think
