Just had two lucid dreams last night total of 13, they have all been wake back to bed LD's. Im still tweaking the technique but i have found that its true 5hrs to 6hrs of sleep is a gd place to be when attempting wake back to bed. & sitting in a comfortable position instead of laying down when going back to bed worked for me last night. (2nd night attempt) You sit at a 120 to 130 degree angle(pic below) in a reclining chair then you put a pillow on your neck and back to help prop you upright. This will allow you to fall asleep looking forward much like looking forward when your awake and walking around. Instead of looking upward sidways or downward. The idea is to simulate normal every day waking awareness through body position while sleeping. The sitting technique is a great add on to wbtb. Also when u go lucid its a great opportunity to chain so look into DEILDS too. namaste. |
