I've always wondered what this was until I actually experienced it. It was the only time I went from a waking state into a lucid dream. I was laying on my back and felt the jittered state and after reading this board knew to just let it continue and go with it. It felt like I fell backwards through my bed and I entered a lucid dream for a few hours. Amazing really, have never been able to replicate that feat.
It feels really weird! Not to mention I got isolated vibrations in my tummy region once, and it tickled me right out of SP. x')
Yeah really amazing... And the lucid level are really high :OQuote:

Just so you guys know, you can consciously direct the vibrations to any area of your body. Use with discretion. Or not.
You can? o_o how?
With your will. Just try it.

Just think about the spot you want to be affected and It'll happen. I remember reading your posts on the adrenaline thread, very interesting.
