Most people searching to lucid dream are relying on all these confusing methods to get them to their destination! Well... while I can't say there's any EASY way of reaching a lucid dream, I can say that there are plenty of methods out there that can help you. While they all probably fall into most conventional methods (DILD, MILD, WILD, etc.), methods can be boiled down to new and innovative ways. I have come across a technique that could be technically referred to as a hardcore take on the MILD system.
"Lucid living" is going about your days with lucidity on your mind, being clear of your surroundings and carefully studying the SEAMS OF YOUR REALITY. Or something like that. Well, this technique, like almost any MILD will, relies on lucid living... but on a much larger, constant scale. So I'll cut right to it.
I call it the "IDLD Click" Method. Why? Well, I'll tell you!
---------------------
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
A pen.
Audacity.
---------------------
Once you have these two things, you are equipped to practice the "IDLD Click" Method.
---------------------
HOW TO!
What you will need is a pen with you at all times. On the back of your left hand, draw an "I" with the pen enough so it is thick enough to be noticed by your peers. Then, in the palm of your left hand, draw a "D" at the same size. After this, put the pen in your left hand (hope you're ambidextrous, because if you only have one dominate hand like I do, this in itself will need patience) and draw on the back of your right hand an "L." Again, retain the same thickness with the pen's ink as the other letters. Then--you guessed it--, in the palm of your right hand, draw the last "D."
What do these letters stand for? "I Dream Lucid Dreams." Remember this acronym. It will be the most important in your life. (Not really, but it helps to think so.)
But before I continue with the tutorial, I believe this is important to establish first:
MY HANDS ARE SWEATY!
Well, first off, I guarantee that in the first few minutes of carrying on with your daily life, your palms will sweat and the pen ink will begin to fade. DO NOT RELY ON PERMANENT MARKERS. I have recommended pen ink for one reason and one reason only: focusing on keeping the pen ink visible and from fading away is the backbone of keeping your mind on the method at all times. While grasping onto things such as cups, bags, clothes, your wife, you'll do your best to keep the "D's" from fading or--and this goes especially for white things--getting the ink on something else.
I'm not asking you to not wash your hands. In fact, you'll need to in order to darken the letters on your hands. So, please, keep your hygiene in check and wash your hands after using the bathroom. Just don't forget to redraw.
HOW TO USE THE "IDLD CLICK" METHOD!
Now, the letters on your hands hold your keys into the gates of lucidity. But, if you misuse them, they will be your unpinned grenades. I am here to tell you how to use them correctly in order to achieve a massive MILD.
"IDLD" is CRUCIALLY in the order it is in. Now only does it form the chant that should be on your mind at all times, it requires you to do an RC in a specific order. To do this RC, you will need to look at the back of your left hand at the "I," flip your left hand to see the "D," look at the back of your right at the "L," then finally the palm to see the last "D."
Try that now, even if you don't have the letters yet.
While you do this, try to hear in your head "I Dream Lucid Dreams." The faster you can do this (and by faster, I don't mean at the speed of light, I mean within the time frame of 3 seconds at best), the more effective the method is.
Also, I find it extremely important that when seeing the letter, spread your fingers out. When flipping to see the next letter, let them close a bit, and when you see the next letter, spread them out again. This should be formed into a fluid motion, not mechanical.
But why is "Click" in the name?
As you look at each letter, while imagining the word it represents in your head, also associate a click with each letter. "I CLICK," "D CLICK," "L CLICK," "D CLICK." I wouldn't recommend making a click with your tongue, because, in my experience at least, it distracts your comprehension of the letters. I recommend imagining both the words and the clicks.
Also, spreading your fingers with the sound of the clicks is important.
WHY IS IT SO SPECIFIC?
There are impossible things to do in dreams, and here are the two this focuses on.
--The realistic formation of hands.
--The ability to form correct mirrored images.
Your hands (like most DILD's start) are nearly impossible to correctly emulate in a dream. With this being said, most people put a mark on their hands so it can carry on into dreams. However, letters on both sides followed with the muscle memory of the movements of carrying out the IDLD reality check, has a more likelihood (and speed) of carrying on into your dreams and causing a DILD.
Also, the mirrored images. With the "D's" in your hands, place your hands in front of you. With the palms facing you and your fingers pointed at each other, put your right hand above your left. Your arms now in box shape in front of you, if done correctly, the "D's" will form a semicircle, or, if held at a distance above and below each other, will look more like mirrored images of each other.
BUT MY FRIENDS WILL--
Yeah, yeah, they'll ask you what they mean and they'll laugh that you got your right hand confused with your left by putting an "L" on it. THIS IS IMPORTANT! This includes peers in your dreams. The reaction and consistency of people mentioning the letters will rub off into your dreams, resulting in a more reliable chance of a DILD.

I hope you all can benefit in this technique as I do. It works amazingly if you do it correctly! If you have any questions, please ask them here.
