Thread: Ideal saltcube-like alarm time setup?

I have an app for my iPod called chronology, it's very helpful for DEILD alarms....I haven't used it much though because I prefer natural ways. But I was wondering, I am going to use it like a saltcube timer and need to know the preferred time settings? I could add more info if need be

There's timer settings in it, hope it helps. I might look into saltcube a little more later.

Well, everyone is different and may have to use different settings to achieve the same result.
The orginal setting are:
8,4,8,12,16,20,20,6 (Minutes)
