Thread: Possibly the key to lucid dreaming?

This method really changed my whole attitude towards things in general aswell. I never reality check during the day, I don't even think about lucid dreaming except before going to sleep for a minute or two. I just had 7 lucids in the two months after I started... I had 8 in three days and by doing what? Nothing, just knowing I lucid dream at will. It works wonders for me
