Those pesky mental blocks are a bother aren't they? I agree that meditation works wonders for releasing mental blocks from your mind. I came up with a method to use when meditating to remove mental blocks faster (a couple of years and plenty of misinformation was a hard pile to remove from my mind ). I also use this method to further reinforce my ideas (for example to have lucid dreams every night).

First you start meditating as usual and when you feel completely relaxed you could try my method out:
How it works is that you more or less have an inner dialog with yourself. Well not just that because you also need to separate the "person" you talk to inside your mind from yourself. You could think that the other person you talk to is an expert lucid dreamer, your dream-guide (if you have one) or some other figure you trust.

You could then use your conversational partner to remove your mental blocks easier than if you did it for yourself. Many things you tell yourself when you meditate might not feel real, even if you speak them with complete sincerity to your mind. So to have another being validate everything you say, even if that other being is yourself still makes it easier to believe in your ideas than if you were on your own. There is a certain sense of security and comfort to have another being validating and accepting everything you say.

This sounds really strange at first sight, to have a conversation with oneself. But for me this really worked wonders and all of my mental blocks went away one after one (believe me when I say that I had A LOT of mental blocks).

I would recommend using this if you feel some kind of disbelief when you meditate, that there is some deep part of yourself that doesn't accept what you're trying to make it accept. Of course if you have no such disbelief at all this method doesn't do much.

Thanks. I meditate every day, so I will try this today. It sounds promising. I will ask my "Lucid Dreaming" is hard guy to leave.

So that ∞ in your LD count does NOT signify that you have had lots and lots of Lucid dreams? Did you put it there because of the law of attraction (by which I mean that you are trying to affirm that you have lots of LDs so that you eventually will?)?
      Hehe. It's just for fun.
      My opinion:
*Lucid Dreams, OBEs, Astral Projections are one and the same.
*There are no levels of lucidity. Quality changes if you apply some deepening.
*Lucid Dreams do not last more than 20 minutes.
      *Wolves are beautiful.
