Ok, so I have been trying on and off with different techniques for a long time, no real progress... I have decided that I am going to concentrate on one single technique, and do it every oppurtunity I have, and I reason that all I have to do is slog away at it...

I'm going to do a WILD every morning now for as long as possible, and see how I go, what do you think? Has anyone had success with just sticking to one technique and trying their hardest? If so, I'd like to know.
